Eirini Konstantinou is the head Architect Engineer of the PEAK architecture studio based in Limassol Cyprus and a Research Associate in the Department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics at the Cyprus University of Technology. The studio's architectural design based on innovative strategies as a tool for achieving affordable architecture for the whole of society. Architecture, construction design and technology have to converge in perfect harmony leading to sustainability. The architectural firm is newly established; however, it has already been involved in the design, construction study, and photorealistic rendering of projects in Greece and Cyprus with success, including residential buildings, apartment complexes, office spaces, and hotels. Its most recent and officially first project under the name Peak Archstudio will be a pharmacy in Nicosia. Between 2015 - 2021 Eirini studied integrated Master's degree in Architecture Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), earning second place in her graduation class. Since 2022, she has been a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Building Technology at NTUA with her doctoral thesis focusing on the Evaluation of Biomimetic strategies to achieve affordable architecture. In 2025, Eirini attended two specialized PhD courses at Politecnico di Milano: “Sustainability Metrics, Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Footprint” and “Fiber Reinforced Materials – Manufacturing, Mechanical Properties, Modelling, and Applications.” Professionally, Eirini has worked as an Architect Engineer with firms in Limassol and Athens. She also contributed for two years as a Site Architect during the renovation of the Hilton Hotel in Athens. Additionally, she served as Teaching Assistant Personnel at NTUA for three semesters, supporting two courses: “Architectural Design 7 & 8: Multi-Function Public Buildings” and “Building Technology 3.”
